Greater London Authority’s new service, London Business Hub, launched in September 2020 with a national media push lead by Sadiq Kahn. Our role was to create the social element of brand - from tone-of-voice to visual development.
We then moved on to manage a large stakeholder group along the journey of understanding what characteristics the new brand would need to display to users - to increase take-up and perceived value.
