In 2021, the business raised 47 million dollars of funding to help them on their mission of improving the mental health of organisations around the world.
The Approach
Our paid campaigns - running across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and Instagram - target senior HR and Operations professionals from high growth companies.
Since starting our relationship, we have established content and messaging that engages the target audience and used that to create a sustainable conversion funnel.
The Outcome
Our paid approach has increased the quality of leads by 40% and reduced the CPA overall by 25%. This has been achieved by optimising awareness, engagement and conversion campaigns across social channels - recruiting targeted leads and nurturing through to conversion with engaging and educational content.
System have continued to demonstrate a strong understanding of how to best utilise paid social channels to elevate our existing campaigns. We’ve learned a lot from the team and it’s felt like a very natural alignment with our culture here at Unmind.
