Coffee-lovers also benefit from being walked through the process of finding the best bean, grind and taste for the perfect cup. Simplifying what can be a daunting decision!
Our relationship started by completing a fast-track social strategy that set out our approach to the launch period and the rhythm for the months after. That strategy put the brand in the role of enabler in coffee culture, helping independent roasters find new audiences and connecting consumers to new products.
To kick-start interest and awareness, we hand-picked 100 coffee lovers to be our first set of customers - then gifted samples packs and merchandise on the day of launch, encouraging them to post and spread the word.
Tapping into genuine consumers and coffee lovers - whilst avoiding broader lifestyle influencers - was made possible by daily committed outreach and conversation. Acting authentically and engaging with those who will most likely become advocates of the brand moving forward.
